About Me

What if you didn’t have to hold it all together? Maybe you look like the strong, reliable one others lean on, but inside you feel anxious, exhausted, or weighed down by sadness or pain. Perhaps you’ve tried to manage it yourself with books, podcasts, chatbots, or skills, but nothing really sticks. Or maybe you’ve been in therapy before, but it didn’t go deep enough, or it never quite felt like you could truly lean on someone else. You may look fine from the outside, but on the inside, it often feels like too much.

I offer depth therapy: a place to slow down, bring what feels unmanageable into the open, and explore the deeper patterns shaping your life. Our work is not about quick fixes, but about relief in the present and lasting change over time — so you don’t have to keep carrying it all alone.

Clients describe me as steady, engaged, unflappable, and wryly imaginative. My role is to sit with what feels overwhelming while helping you find creative ways to approach it. If you’re tired of holding it all together, I invite you to reach out.

Why This Work Matters to Me

It deeply matters to me that psychotherapy be a place where complexity and vulnerability are held—not fixed or flattened. In the room, every detail of your life and psyche belongs. I see therapy as a chance not only to relieve suffering, but to help you reclaim curiosity, aliveness, and presence.
